The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
*Carry out residential valuation reports
*Undertake RICS Level 1 and Level 2 Home Surveys
*Produce accurate, high-quality reports using market-leading technology
*Manage a fixed geographical patch efficiently
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
*Work towards agreed productivity and income targets
*Attend regional meetings and contribute to team success
*Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing CPD and industry updates
*Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the survey process
Residential Surveyor Requirements
*AssocRICS qualified or above
*Previous experience carrying out residential surveys and valuation reports
*Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Customer-focused with a professional approach
*Ability to work independently in a remote environment
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
*Full UK driving licence
