London (Waterloo) | £120,000 + 10% PRP
I’m delighted to be supporting London Ambulance Service NHS Trust to appoint their first Commercial Director – a pivotal, board-facing leadership role with a clear mandate to grow and transform their commercial function.
This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up, leading the delivery of an ambitious commercial strategy to double income from £4m to £8m and generate sustainable surplus to reinvest back into frontline services.
You will:
*Lead the overall commercial strategy and portfolio performance
*Drive revenue growth, new income streams, and bid activity
*Oversee contract negotiation, pricing, and commercial governance
*Build and embed a structured, high-performing commercial function
*Work directly with the Executive Team and Trust Board to shape decision-making
What we’re looking for
*Senior commercial leader (Director-level or equivalent)
*Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and financial outcomes
*Experience leading complex commercial portfolios and partnerships
*Strategic, credible, and comfortable operating at Director level
