Description
*Prepare accurate financial reports to support business decision-making.
*Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
*Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
*Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights.
*Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
*Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
*Identify areas for cost optimisation and process improvement.
*Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
Profile
*We’re looking for someone who is either fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or in the final stages of qualification, with previous experience within a management accounting or financial accounting environment.
*You’ll also have:
*Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and SUMIFS.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Experience managing multiple priorities and working to tight month-end deadlines.
*Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving processes.
*Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across the business.
