Salary: MPS (dependent on experience)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: September 2026
Hays Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and ambitious secondary school seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team from September 2026 due to a late resignation. Your new role
*Teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4
*Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons
*Monitor and assess student progress effectively
*Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

What you’ll need to succeed
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Experience teaching Mathematics within a UK secondary school
*Strong classroom management skills
*Passion for inspiring students to achieve their potential
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
