Are you someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, investigating financial discrepancies, and ensuring payments are accurately accounted for?
We’re recruiting several Spanish and English-speaking finance professionals to join an international cash operations team supporting a large-scale finance programme. This role is ideal for individuals with experience handling customer payments, bank transactions, cash matching, and reconciliation activities in high-volume environments.

As part of a specialist finance team, you’ll help ensure incoming receipts are processed accurately and promptly while working closely with collections, customer finance, and operational teams to resolve outstanding payment queries.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with financial data, investigating exceptions, and improving payment processes.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
*Matching incoming payments against customer invoices and accounts.
*Reviewing and resolving unallocated or unidentified cash transactions.
*Investigating payment variances and reconciliation differences.

*Performing bank and cash reconciliations.
*Working closely with Collections and Accounts Receivable teams to resolve exceptions.
*Supporting period-end reporting and cash-related controls.
*Maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance across all activities.
*Contributing to process optimisation and operational improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
*Experience within Cash Application, Cash Allocation, Banking Operations or Revenue Accounting.
*Proven background processing high volumes of customer payments.
*Strong reconciliation and investigative skills.
*Experience working with remittance advice and payment matching activities.
*Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
*Strong Excel and financial systems experience.
*Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced finance environment.
*Fluent Spanish and English communication skills.
Additional Experience That Would Be Beneficial
*SAP, SAP S/4HANA or related ERP platforms.
*Exposure to automated cash application tools.
*Shared Services or centralised finance operations experience.
*International finance environment exposure.
*Process improvement or operational excellence experience.
Why Apply?

Performance-related individual and team incentives
Opportunity to support a major business transformation programme
Exposure to modern finance systems and best-practice processes

If you have a strong eye for detail, enjoy analysing payment data, and take pride in keeping customer accounts accurate and up to date, we’d love to hear from you.
