About the role
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator to play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience.
You’ll be responsible for managing key accounts and supporting the full order lifecycle—from initial enquiry through to delivery—ensuring accuracy and excellent service at every stage.
Key responsibilities:
*Managing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts
*Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
*Acting as the main point of contact for customer queries
*Providing updates on lead times and delivery schedules
*Investigating and resolving discrepancies
*Raising invoices and applying correct carriage rates
*Ensuring a smooth, end-to-end customer journey from order receipt to fulfilment
About you:
*2–3 years’ experience in a similar customer service / order processing role
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent organisational and planning skills
*Confident communicator with a proactive approach
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
