Full job descriptionZabbix Engineer | 6 Month Initial contract | Remote | 450-500 OutsideIR35
To help design, build & enhance the Zabbix monitoring platform
Key responsibilities & requirements:
*Strong hands-on experience with Zabbix (design, build, optimisation)
*Ensure alerts are actionable and support efficient triage by the NOC
*Work on Zabbix integrations with vendor platforms, APIs & SNMP sources
*Define and support SOPs for alert triage and escalation
Collaboration with NOC and engineering teams supporting a 24/7 operation
*Scripting and automation capability (e.g. Python, Bash or similar)
*Exposure to service-aware monitoring or observability approaches (desirable)
*CCNA certification
