Full job descriptionPortfolio Payroll are currently partnered with a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants based in Eastbourne who are on the search for a Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.


This role can be considered part-time (25 hours a week) or full time (36.25 hours a week). Part time will be working purely on the payroll, full time will be getting involved in other duties such a bookkeeping.


Responsibilities will include:
*Work alongside the Payroll Manager in processing c200 clients ranging in sizes
*Processing accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary.
*Managing any payroll changes accordingly
*Handling and assisting with any client queries
*Working alongside and communicating with other departments where required
*Assisting with bookkeeping duties
*Assisting with ad hoc duties where required


2+ years processing payroll is essential, experience processing client’s payroll within a bureau or accountancy environment would be highly desirable
