Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a welcoming and supportive school?
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic school in Lambeth on a full-time, 5 days per week basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people while developing your career within a nurturing and forward-thinking school.
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a school setting.
*Strong knowledge of supporting pupils with a range of learning needs.
*A proactive, patient, and positive approach.
*A degree is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
*Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
*Support pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development.
*Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
*Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to support pupil progress.
