About the RoleWe are seeking a Year 3 Class Teacher who brings energy, creativity, and excellent classroom management skills to ensure an engaging and positive learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:
*Delivering inspiring lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
*Ability to choose and take a specialist subject
*Creating a supportive and structured classroom where all pupils can thrive.
*Implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
*Using assessment to plan and adapt lessons to meet individual needs.
*Collaborating with colleagues to promote high standards of teaching and learning.
*Contributing to the wider school community and enrichment activities.
What We’re Looking For*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or overseas equivalent - essential.
*Proven success in managing classroom behaviour positively and effectively.
*Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
*Ability to plan creative, differentiated lessons that inspire learning.
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*Commitment to high expectations and continuous professional growth.
