This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy office in a job share position, working Monday to Friday - pm. This is the perfect role for a well-presented individual that is looking to thrive in a modern environment whilst showcasing their excellent communication skills. This is a central Farnham position, only a 5-minute walk from Farnham train station.

Main Receptionist Responsibilities:
*Answering all incoming calls and fielding them to the team
*Meeting and greeting all clients or visitors into the office
*Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area
*Managing meeting rooms (ensuring they are clean and prepared for each meeting, providing refreshments)
*Assisting in administration tasks (archiving documents, opening/closing files, collecting docs, post etc)
The Ideal Receptionist:
*Previous reception, admin or secretarial experience
*MS Word & Outlook experience
*Well presented with a good telephone manner
*Enthusiasm to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment
*Happy to do trips to the post-office and into Farnham town
*Flexibility to work full-time to cover holidays/absences when required
