Academics, a leading education recruitment agency based in Stoke-on-Trent, are working in partnership with a range of secondary schools who are looking to appoint enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors on a flexible, ad-hoc daily supply basis.
Cover Supervisor - Role Information:
*Lead lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
*Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
*Keep pupils engaged and behaviour on track
*Complete a simple handover at the end of the lesson

Cover Supervisor - Applicant Requirements:
*A confident and professional classroom presence
*Ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively
*Minimum of 2 months’ UK-based experience working with young people (e.g., schools, coaching, tutoring etc)
*Reliable, adaptable, and professional approach
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
