This is a highly influential leadership opportunity for an experienced educational professional who is passionate about raising standards, championing inclusion, and supporting schools to deliver outstanding outcomes for all children.
You will provide strategic challenge, support and leadership to school leaders, helping to drive improvement, strengthen inclusive practice, and ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed.
The Role
As School Effectiveness Lead, you will:
*Build strong partnerships with headteachers, senior leaders and wider education stakeholders.
*Provide high-quality support and challenge to schools to improve standards and outcomes.
*Promote and develop inclusive practice across the education system.
*Support vulnerable learners and ensure equality of opportunity for all pupils.
*Lead strategic school improvement initiatives and programmes.
*Analyse performance data and identify priorities for improvement.
*Deliver leadership development, training and professional learning opportunities.
*Work collaboratively across education, SEND, inclusion and wider children’s services.
*Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality educational offer across the local system.
This role combines strategic leadership with direct engagement in schools, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced education leader seeking broad system impact.
About You
We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate:
*Significant senior leadership experience within education.
*A proven track record of driving school improvement and raising standards.
*Strong understanding of inclusion, SEND and vulnerable learner provision.
*The ability to influence, challenge and support school leaders effectively.
*Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
*Experience interpreting and using educational data to inform strategy.
*Outstanding communication, presentation and report-writing abilities.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
*A commitment to continuous improvement, professional curiosity and innovation.
All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
