Job Description:
*Regularly emptying and clearing rubbish
*Replacing any failed light bulbs
*Reporting all maintenance issues to head office
*Mopping, dusting, vacuuming
*Cleaning of communal areas such as lobbies, stairwells, and landings


Qualifications and Skills:
*Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:
Full valid UK Driving Licence.
*Be able to demonstrate good organisational skills.
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Strong sense of time keeping.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
