The firm is seeking a Employment Solicitor to join their growing team. You will manage a diverse, high-quality caseload of claimant employment matters
Key Responsibilities
*Managing claimant employment caseload
*Manning the Advice line and providing legal advice to Union officers
*Support business development and union relationship management
*Mentor and supervise junior solicitors and paralegals
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
*Strong track record in claimant employment law
*Experience working with trade unions is highly desirable
*Excellent negotiation, litigation, and communication skills
*Passion for employee rights and social justice
