The Role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
*Lead targeted interventions to accelerate student progress
*Support teaching and learning across a range of year groups and subjects
*Work closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality educational provision
*Support students with additional learning needs, including SEND
*Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
*Contribute positively to the wider life of the school


The Ideal Candidate
*HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
*Previous experience working within a primary or secondary school setting
*Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*A proactive, flexible and enthusiastic approach
*A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential
