We are currently recruiting for a full-time Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive early years setting in the Medway area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dedicated to helping young children learn, develop, and thrive in a nurturing environment.
The Role*Full-time position
*Immediate start available
*Based across the Medway area
*Support the learning and development of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
*Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children’s development
*Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
*Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s individual needs
Requirements*Previous experience working in an Early Years setting is essential
*Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
*An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
*A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*Relevant Early Years qualification is desirable
