Wild Recruitment is recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of a leading manufacturer in the rubber industry.
Join a well-established and successful company that takes pride in producing high-quality products. Working alongside a friendly and experienced team of 5-6 colleagues, you’ll play an important role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently.
This is a hands-on role involving machine operation, quality checks, and the safe movement of materials, including manual handling of items up to 25kg. No previous manufacturing experience? No problem - full training can be provided for the right candidate

What We’re Looking For
Comfortable with manual handling duties, including lifting and moving materials
Confident using pallet trucks and safely transporting materials and pallets
Forklift licence or previous experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
Experience using hydraulic lifting equipment or similar machinery is desirable
Able to work effectively as part of a friendly and experienced team
Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn new skills
