Job Title: Military Claims Paralegal
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

A leading law firm with a strong track record in employer liability and industrial disease litigation is seeking a Paralegal to support a fee earner handling a caseload of litigated Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) claims. Key Responsibilities

Assist with the day-to-day management of NIHL litigation files.

Ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met.

Prepare legal documents, maintain case files, and manage correspondence.

Liaise with clients to provide updates and gather essential information.
*
Draft routine legal documents and assist with court and settlement prep.
*
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth case progression.
