Your new role
As a Credit Controller, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely payment of invoices and minimising aged debt. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and maintain accurate records. Key duties include:
*Proactive chasing of outstanding invoices by phone and email
*Managing credit limits,
*Resolving billing discrepancies and collaborating with internal teams
*Producing aged debt reports and supporting month-end processes
*Maintaining strong client relationships while enforcing credit terms
What you’ll need to succeed
*Proven experience in credit control
*Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with senior client contacts
*High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational ability
*A proactive, resilient approach to reducing aged debt and improving cash flow
*Competence with finance systems and Excel
