£30,000 - £40,000 + Overtime + Training + Company Benefits
Preston, (commutable from Blackburn, Burnley, Leyland, Chorley, Blackpool & surrounding areas)
Are you an experienced Butcher looking to join a well-established food manufacturer offering a great work-life balance with a Monday to Thursday working week, overtime opportunities, and long-term job security?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that prides itself on the quality of its products and investment in its workforce. You’ll become part of a skilled production team where you’ll work with high-quality meat products in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.
The company continues to grow and is looking to recruit a reliable and motivated Butcher to support increasing production demands. You’ll receive ongoing training on company processes and have the opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive team.
This role would suit an experienced Butcher looking for a stable, days-based position with an excellent work-life balance and opportunities to increase earnings through overtime.
The Role:
*Preparation, cutting, trimming and portioning of meat products
*Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety
*Working to production schedules and customer specifications
*Monday to Thursday days
The Person:
*Previous experience as a Butcher or Meat Processor
*Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards
*Reliable with a strong attention to detail
*Looking for a stable, long-term role with a Monday to Thursday schedule
