Inspire Young Learners at the Beginning of Their School JourneyA welcoming primary school in Rushden is seeking an EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys creating engaging, play-based learning experiences that give children the best possible start to school.
The successful candidate will become part of a supportive staff team that values creativity, collaboration, and providing a nurturing environment where every child can flourish.
Key Responsibilities*Plan and deliver engaging learning opportunities in line with the EYFS Framework
*Create a stimulating classroom that encourages curiosity, exploration, and independence
*Observe, assess, and monitor children’s development to support their individual progress
*Adapt activities to meet the varying needs and abilities of all pupils
*Promote children’s social, emotional, and communication development
*Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
*Contribute to the wider Early Years provision and school community
Ideal Candidate*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching within EYFS is desirable
*Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
*Creative approach to teaching and learning
*Excellent classroom organisation and behaviour management skills
*Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
*Committed to supporting every child to achieve their full potential
