Description
*Provide strategic advice on employment tax matters to clients in the professional services industry.
*Ensure compliance with relevant employment tax legislation and regulations.
*Manage and oversee complex client projects, delivering tailored solutions.
*Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for tax planning and optimisation.
*Prepare and review technical documentation, including advisory reports and compliance filings.
*Support clients during HMRC audits and inquiries, offering expert representation.
*Deliver presentations and training sessions to clients and internal stakeholders.
*Contribute to business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
Profile
A successful Employment Tax Associate Director should have:
*A strong background in employment tax within the accounting and finance sector.
*Expert knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations.
*Proven ability to manage complex client projects and deliver results.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
*A professional qualification in tax or accounting (e.g., CTA, ACA, or equivalent).
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
