Job Description:
Full job descriptionSharp Consultancy are partnering with a well-established engineering and infrastructure business in Doncaster who are looking to appoint a Finance Manager to strengthen their finance function.
This is a key role within a growing, project-led organisation where you will take ownership of financial reporting, support commercial decision-making, and work closely with both finance and operational teams to drive performance and improve processes.
The Role
*Ownership of monthly management accounts and month-end process
*Preparation of journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations
*Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
*Production of KPI and performance reporting
*Cash flow monitoring and financial controls
*Business partnering with operational and project teams
*Supporting process and reporting improvements
About You
*Experience producing management accounts and month-end reporting
*Strong analytical and Excel skills
*Confident communicator who can partner with non-finance teams
*Proactive and commercially minded approach
*Applications welcome from:
*ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or part-qualified
*AAT qualified with experience
*QBE candidates with relevant management accounts experience
