OverviewSimon Lincoln Recruitment Solutions are recruiting 2 Temporary Maintenance Operatives to support a busy student accommodation site in East London.
This is a one-week assignment starting on Monday 27th July, assisting with end-of-tenancy maintenance and room preparation to ensure accommodation is ready for incoming residents.
Key Duties & Responsibilities*Dismantling bed frames and other furniture as required.
*Refilling and making good damaged walls.
*Painting and completing decorative touch-ups.
*Carrying out general snagging and maintenance tasks.
*Preparing rooms and communal areas to a high standard.
*Working safely and efficiently whilst following site procedures.
*Assisting the on-site team with any additional maintenance duties as required.
Skills & Experience*Previous maintenance, handyman or property maintenance experience.
*Confident using basic hand tools.
*Experience with painting and making good works would be advantageous.
*Reliable with a strong work ethic.
*Able to work independently and as part of a team.
*Immediate availability to start on 27th July.
