The RoleAs a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS to KS2
* Lead one-to-one and small group intervention sessions
* Support teachers in raising pupil achievement
* Promote positive behaviour and an engaging learning environment
* Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
The Ideal Candidate* Holds HLTA status or has substantial experience in a similar role
* Has experience confidently covering primary classes
* Can deliver effective interventions to support pupil progress
* Is organised, adaptable and works well as part of a team
* Is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
