Our client is a market leading manufacturer. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit a Trasport Coordinator.
The Role
*Managing the logistical movement of goods.
*Running transport ensuring routes are planned, drivers are scheduled and deliveries arrive on time and within budget.
*Liaising with 3rd party logistics companies.
*Planning and scheduling.
*Real-time monitoring.
*Customer updates.
The Person
*Previous experiencing in planning transport.
*Manufacturing or logistics background preferred.
*Will have good planning skills.
*You will be IT literate with good analytical skills.
*Will have the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
