Full job descriptionBusiness Analyst – Outside IR35 – Hybrid – Security Cleared
Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis, initially for 6 months with a view to extend.
Please note, the role is OUTSIDE IR35 and you will be on-site near Oxford for 2-3 days per week.
You will need to be either SC Cleared or BPSS, moving to SC Cleared.
Business Analyst – Key Skills:
*A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent knowledge, such as may be gained through three or more years’ experience of Business Analysis activities in Business lead, IT or Computing Research projects
*Business Analysis certification (e.g. BCS, Agile BA)
*Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in a complex IT environment
*Experience of working within ITIL / IT Service Management framework
*Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
*Experience working within project and/or agile delivery frameworks
*Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
*Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
*Collaborative and relationship-focused
*Structured, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven
*Confident challenging assumptions and driving clarity
*Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving environments
