Our client, a leader in the power utilities and renewable energy sector, is currently seeking a Tendering Engineer (66kv-132kv) to join their team. This permanent position plays a pivotal role in the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals for power distribution projects, especially in the 66kv to 132kv range.
Multiple positions which offer hybrid / remote working and within the non regulated industry (BESS, Solar, Indistrial, Wind, Data Centre and Light Rail)

Key Responsibilities:*Preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals
*Estimating costs and creating comprehensive bid documents
*Collaborating with engineering and project management teams to gather necessary information
*Reviewing tender specifications and identifying technical requirements
*Conducting thorough analyses of tender documentation
*Assessing project risks and creating mitigation strategies
*Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
*Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Job Requirements:*Experience in preparing and managing proposals within the power utilities or renewable energy sector
*Strong understanding of power distribution networks, particularly in the 66kv to 132kv range
*Proficiency in cost estimating and financial analysis
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
*Ability to interpret complex technical documents
*Effective communication and collaboration skills
*Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
*Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
