Salary: £34-38,000
An established AJ100 architectural practice is looking to appoint an Architectural Technologist to join its forward-thinking studio in London. Renowned for delivering projects across the residential, education, commercial, healthcare and hospitality sectors, the practice is recognised for its commitment to sustainable design and creating spaces that positively impact communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically focused professional to work on a varied project portfolio within a collaborative and supportive team.

Role & Responsibilities
* Assist in the technical delivery of residential and mixed-use developments of varying scale
* Produce comprehensive technical drawing packages throughout multiple RIBA work stages
* Prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations and construction details
* Support Building Regulations applications and ensure compliance with current standards
* Collaborate with consultants and project teams to coordinate technical information
* Attend site meetings and contribute to the successful delivery of projects
Required Skills & Experience
* Degree or qualification in Architectural Technology or a closely related subject
* CIAT membership, or actively working towards Chartership, would be advantageous
* Previous experience within a UK architectural practice
* Strong AutoCAD skills, with Revit knowledge considered beneficial
* Sound understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical detailing
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
