The OpportunityCRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a well-established law firm that is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Locum to provide holiday cover for a two-week assignment starting on 27 July.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced locum who can quickly integrate into a busy Commercial Property department, manage an existing caseload and provide support to the wider team throughout the assignment.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for handling a varied commercial property caseload, including:
*Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
*Commercial leases, including grants, assignments and renewals
*Landlord and tenant matters
*Property refinancing and secured lending
*Asset management work
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation
*Managing files from instruction through to completion
*Providing high-quality advice and maintaining excellent client relationships
Candidate RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will:
*Be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner
*Have proven experience managing a commercial property caseload independently
*Be able to work with minimal supervision and hit the ground running
*Be available to start on 27 July
*Have excellent organisational, communication and client care skills
