An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a successful and growing Independent Financial Advice practice in Barnet.
We are looking for an organised, proactive individual who enjoys delivering exceptional client service and wants to be part of a collaborative, supportive team with genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role
Working closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, your responsibilities will include:
*Providing comprehensive administrative support throughout the advice process
*Preparing client documentation and application packs
*Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
*Managing new business submissions through to completion
*Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance standards are met
*Booking client meetings and supporting advisers with diary management
*Assisting with ongoing servicing and client reviews
About You
*Previous experience in an IFA or Financial Planning environment
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
*Professional, friendly and client-focused approach
*Knowledge of industry back-office systems would be advantageous
