Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage the Professional Construction course team.
*Develop and implement engaging curriculum materials.
*Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
*Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation.
*Collaborate with industry partners to enhance course relevance.
*Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
What We Are Looking For:
*Experience in the construction industry.
*Strong leadership and communication skills.
*Ability to motivate and engage students.
*A minimum Level 3 qualification in a construction-related field.
*Teaching qualification is preferred but not essential.
Experience Requirements:
*Previous experience in a teaching or training role is advantageous.
*Experience in course development and assessment.
*Knowledge of current industry practices and standards.
