Full job descriptionA well-established financial services organisation is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join its internal IT team. This is a customer-facing role supporting users across multiple London offices, providing high-quality technical support while maintaining a secure and modern IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
*Provide 1st and 2nd line desktop support, managing incidents and requests through to resolution.
*Support Windows 11 devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
*Manage the Joiners, Movers & Leavers process, including user accounts, device builds and software licensing.
*Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Office applications.
*Administer laptops, mobile devices and peripherals, including Apple devices via Intune and Apple Business Manager.
*Troubleshoot networking, telephony, meeting room AV and printing issues.
*Assist with endpoint security, patching, compliance and IT documentation.
*Work with third-party vendors and contribute to continuous service improvements.
Key Skills & Experience*Experience providing Desktop Support within a corporate environment (financial services experience beneficial).
*Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
*Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).
*Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi) and endpoint security.
*Familiarity with Apple device management and IT asset management.
*Understanding of ITIL processes and service desk best practices.
*Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
