Management AccountantLocation: London
Salary: Up to £68,000 + Bonus

The RoleReporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of management reporting and financial analysis while acting as a key business partner across multiple departments.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts.
*Producing and analysing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring robust financial controls.
*Preparing board-level reporting and performance analysis.
*Partnering with operational teams and senior stakeholders across the business.
*Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
*Managing and developing a small finance team.
*Reviewing accounting work and ensuring accuracy across financial reporting.
*Authorising payments and overseeing key financial transactions.
*Preparing and reviewing client invoicing processes.
*Providing insight and analysis on business performance, profitability, and expenditure.
*Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including systems and process enhancements.
*Contributing to wider finance projects and strategic business initiatives.
*Delivering ad-hoc analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making.
About YouWe’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, stakeholder-focused environment.
You will ideally have:
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
*Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar role.
*Strong ERP systems experience, ideally Sage X3 or a comparable platform.
*Advanced Excel skills.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
*A proactive approach and a continuous improvement mindset.
*Previous team management or supervisory experience.
*The ability to balance technical accounting responsibilities with commercial insight.
