Description
*Manage sales ledger activities, including invoicing and customer account maintenance.
*Perform bank, balance sheet, and control account reconciliations.
*Process journals and general ledger postings.
*Support purchase ledger activities and supplier payments as required.
*Assist with month-end processes and financial reporting.
*Support the administration of in-house payroll, including data collation, payroll checks, and employee queries.
*Investigate and resolve account discrepancies.
*Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls.


Profile
A successful Senior Finance Assistant should have:
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance or accounts role.
*Strong experience in sales ledger, invoicing, reconciliations, and general ledger postings.
*Experience supporting in-house payroll.
*Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
*Strong Excel skills and experience using finance systems.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
