We are supporting an NHS organisation an experienced Workforce Lead to lead the development, optimisation and strategic use of workforce department.
Key responsibilities:
*Manage a small team and provide expert workforce support
*Produce HR workforce analytics, reports and dashboards to support decision-making from ESR
*Act as the primary liaison with the national ESR team, escalating and managing support tickets, monitoring progress, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently for end users
*Manage any ESR FOI requests
*Streamline and improve workforce processes
About you:
*Expert user of ESR
*Strong background in workforce analytics, reporting and HR
*Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills
*Degree educated or equivalent experience, ideally with a HR analytics or CIPD background.
