Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a caring and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Bedford this September.
The role:
*Support pupils with SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
*Help create a positive, engaging learning environment
*Work closely with experienced teachers and SEN staff
*Full-time, long-term opportunity
We’re looking for someone who:
*Has experience working with children or young people with additional needs
*Is patient, proactive and able to build strong relationships
