Are you a qualified finance professional ready to take the next step in your career?

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a successful and growing business based in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the finance function, lead a small team, and play a key role in supporting business performance.

What you’ll be doing:
Producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts
Leading, mentoring and developing a team of three finance professionals
Delivering financial reporting and insightful analysis to senior management
Managing month-end and year-end processes
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and audit activities
Driving improvements across finance processes and controls
Partnering with stakeholders across the business to support strategic decision-making
We’re looking for someone who has:
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (essential)
*Proven experience producing management accounts
*Previous experience managing or supervising a finance team
*Strong analytical and communication skills
*A proactive approach and a passion for continuous improvement
