Salary: £34-38,000
An award-winning AJ100 architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join its innovative London studio. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the residential, education, commercial, healthcare and hospitality sectors, the practice is recognised for its design excellence, technical expertise and commitment to sustainable architecture. Role & Responsibilities*Support the technical delivery of residential and mixed-use developments across a range of scales
*Produce coordinated technical drawing packages throughout multiple RIBA work stages
*Prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations and construction details
*Assist with Building Regulations submissions and ensure compliance with current legislation
*Coordinate technical information with consultants and wider project teams
*Attend site meetings and contribute to the successful delivery of projects
Required Skills & Experience*Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
*CIAT membership, or working towards Chartership, would be advantageous
*Previous experience within a UK architectural practice
*Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit experience considered an advantage
*Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
*Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
*Confident communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative environment
