Job Description:
Full job description*Provide expert-level production support for the FGPP platform, ensuring timely issue resolution.
*Perform root cause analysis through trace analysis, database (DB) analysis, and payment flow investigation.
*Configure and maintain FGPP components, including profiles, rules, pre/post rules, object rules, cache refresh, and related configurations.
*Troubleshoot complex production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service stability.
*Manage customer interactions, production escalations, and stakeholder communications effectively.
*Support continuous improvements to production support processes and system reliability.
