4 on / 4 off | 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm)
THE ROLE
We are recruiting for a Day Concierge to join a large, modern residential development in Greenwich/Maze Hill.
This is a busy front-of-house position within a high-density, professionally managed estate, delivering a consistently high standard of service to residents and visitors.
The development is a significant riverside residential scheme with approximately 1,000 apartments, a mix of residential and commercial space, and strong commuter demand due to its London location and transport links.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for delivering a professional front-of-house service, including:
*Resident reception and day-to-day customer service
*High-volume parcel management and secure storage
*Access control and visitor/contractor verification
*CCTV monitoring and incident reporting
*Routine building checks and basic health & safety support
*Liaising with contractors, residents, and management teams
*Accurate logging of activity using site systems
*Structured shift handovers to ensure continuity of service

Experience within larger residential developments or structured concierge teams is beneficial.
