Description
*Manage and oversee the VAT compliance function for a portfolio of clients.
*Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of VAT returns.
*Provide expert advice on VAT legislation and its implications for clients.
*Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
*Identify and implement process improvements to enhance VAT compliance efficiency.
*Support clients during VAT audits and liaise with tax authorities as required.
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
*Stay updated on changes in VAT regulations and communicate relevant updates to clients and colleagues.
Profile
A successful VAT Compliance Manager should have:
*A strong understanding of VAT regulations and compliance processes.
*Relevant qualifications in accounting, tax, or finance.
*Proven experience in VAT compliance within the professional services industry.
