Full job descriptionA growing multi office law firm is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join its Property team in London. This Real Estate Paralegal role offers exposure to a broad range of residential and commercial property matters, supporting fee earners across transactions from instruction through to completion. The Real Estate Paralegal will gain hands-on experience across acquisitions, disposals, leases and general real estate work. This Real Estate Paralegal opportunity is suited to someone looking to build a long-term career within property law.
The Company?The successful Real Estate Paralegal will join a well established law firm with a strong Property team and an expanding presence across London and the South East. The team provides structured support, ongoing training and exposure to a varied range of real estate transactions within a collaborative working environment.
The RoleAs the Real Estate Paralegal you will support solicitors across a varied caseload of property matters.
The role will include:
* Supporting residential and commercial property transactions
* Preparing legal documents and correspondence
* Conducting property searches and title checks
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
* Assisting with acquisitions, disposals and lease matters
The Real Estate Paralegal?You will have previous real estate or conveyancing experience and a strong interest in developing your property law career.
The Real Estate Paralegal must have:
* Previous experience within a Real Estate, Commercial Property or Conveyancing team
* Strong understanding of property transactions and legal processes
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience liaising with clients and third parties
