The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
*New build transactions
*Shared ownership matters
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals throughout the transaction
