£45,000 - £55,000 + All Business Travel Expenses Paid
Are you a commercially-minded B2B marketer who can demonstrate how your marketing activity has driven sales, generated leads and delivered measurable business results?
We’re partnering with a growing international engineering and technology business to recruit a Marketing Manager who will take ownership of marketing across multiple UK and international business units. This isn’t a purely brand or communications role—we’re looking for someone who understands how marketing supports commercial growth and enjoys working closely with sales teams to deliver real business impact.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established global organisation where you’ll have genuine autonomy, influence the marketing strategy and play a key role in supporting future growth, whilst also travelling internationally to exhibitions and events.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working alongside the commercial team, you’ll develop and deliver marketing activity that strengthens the brand, supports sales and generates commercial opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Planning and coordinating UK and international trade shows and exhibitions
*Developing marketing campaigns that support lead generation and sales activity
*Creating customer-focused marketing collateral, presentations and case studies
*Managing and updating company websites with engaging content
*Managing LinkedIn and wider digital marketing activity
*Supporting product launches and commercial campaigns
*Working with external agencies on design, website development and promotional activity
*Coordinating marketing projects across multiple business units
*Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and commercial results
*Maintaining a consistent brand across the Group
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking.
You’ll ideally have:
*3-5 years’ experience within a B2B Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager role
*Experience delivering marketing campaigns that have supported sales growth, lead generation or pipeline development
*The ability to demonstrate measurable commercial outcomes from your marketing activity
*Strong digital marketing and website content management experience
*Excellent project management and organisational skills
*Experience working closely with sales teams and key stakeholders
*A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to take ownership
Engineering or manufacturing experience would be advantageous, but we’re equally interested in candidates from other B2B sectors who can clearly demonstrate commercial impact through marketing.
