*Location: Hailsham (Hybrid working model available)
*Hourly Rate: £13.45 per hour
*Working hours: Part time - 20 hours per week (Tuesday-Friday)
*Work type: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract (possibility to extend)

General duties:
*Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with B2B & B2C customers.
*Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to successful resolution.
*Handle customer complaints efficiently, providing timely and effective solutions.
*Accurately process customer orders, returns, credits, and customer records
*Monitor back orders and proactively recommend suitable alternative products where appropriate.
*Liaise with internal departments, including Purchasing, Operations, and Sales, as well as external suppliers to resolve stock shortages and delivery issues.
*Work closely with courier partners to investigate and resolve transport and delivery queries.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry developments to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
Skills:
*Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
*Ability to prioritise workload effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently, use initiative, and take ownership of responsibilities.
