Firstly, are you happy to answer the phone to our customers and use computers?
Position 1. Taking payments over the phone for their monthly broadband payments.
Position 2. Helping people renew their broadband contracts.
Position 3. On the technical side to help customers sort out their broadband challenges.
Position 4. Help people select the right broadband package.
Position 5. Strong with figures and good at detail.
Position 6. Have a marketing background.
