Full job descriptionAgile Delivery Manager - 6 months - Inside IR35 - Watford Office - Hybrid
We’re looking for a proactive Agile Delivery Manager to drive delivery across a high-profile global platform supporting buying, supplier management and purchasing processes across the Europe and North America.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
*Own and manage end-to-end delivery plans and roadmaps.
*Drive accountability across teams and stakeholders to ensure commitments are met.
*Lead release planning, delivery governance, risk management and dependency tracking.
*Coach and mentor teams, fostering continuous improvement and high performance.
*Partner with business and technology stakeholders across a complex global landscape.
*Support both BAU delivery and strategic transformation initiatives, including a major legacy modernisation programme.
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience as a Delivery Manager ideally in a retail environment.
*Strong planning, execution and stakeholder management skills.
*Experience delivering within Agile SAFe environments.
*Ability to influence, challenge and drive results in a fast-paced organisation.
*Experience with Jira, Confluence and cross-functional delivery teams.
