Description
*Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
*Analyse variances and provide commentary to support business performance.
*Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to align with company objectives.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
*Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
*Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying areas for improvement.
*Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
*Contribute to internal and external audit processes as required.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*Qualified by Experience or Finalist level ACCA/CIMA
*Experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector is advantageous.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
*Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
